About Ragan Baker:

From the beginning, Ragan proved to be trustworthy, kind, and knowledgeable about the job and salary. Initially, I was nervously optimistic about the job and the move. Gently and patiently, she guided me through this intense contractual transitional process. And when necessary, she became not just the recruiter but an advocate, advisor and negotiator. Ragan, these words are small token of my gratitude for our journey and the part you played toward a successful contractual closure. Thank you immeasurably for your patience and support that catapulted me into the next chapter of my career.
