About Ragan Baker:

Ragan has been outstanding throughout the recruitment process. She communicated clearly and promptly at every stage, keeping me informed and clarifying all aspects pertinent to the interviewing/hiring process and the position itself. I especially appreciated her transparency and willingness to answer questions. She was knowledgeable about the role, clear about expectations, readily available if I had questions, and consistently followed up in a timely manner. Throughout our interactions, I felt valued as an individual provider rather than 'just another applicant'. In addition to being highly professional and organized, Ragan was genuinely pleasant to work with. Her responsiveness, attention to detail, and commitment to ensuring I had the information I needed has made my experience a positive one and reinforces trust in Loyal Source as a company.
