About Carson Harp:

Carson communicated with me timely, explained the position, answered all my questions, he was very personable, although i hadn't met him, he made me comfortable and represented the company that i was almost feeling like a member of the team even while preparing for the interview. Carson went ahead to give me an insight of what the AI interview would feel like, if he hadn't prepared me i would have been shocked at how the AI was building a follow up question based on my response. He followed up after the interview to see if i had concerns. i had many questions along the way and he always responded timely. He is a great asset to this company.Thank you Carson for making this process seamless.
