About Tia Wong:

Tia was great! Throughout the entire process I’ve had better communication with her than the majority of the management team for my sector. Tia made sure to check in with me while on my assignment multiple times to make sure things were going okay as well as followed up with higher up for me when I could not get a hold of my management team. Even though we’re currently in different time zones she always followed up with me in a timely manner. Tia put in the time and effort to not only check on how things were going here from a business perspective but she also made sure to check in on a more personal side and make sure the accommodations were okay amongst other things. I don’t have many colleagues or friends that can travel for work right now but if I did I would refer all of them to Tia!

I think that Tia has done an excellent job of demonstrating that she was invested in me and that she really wanted to help me become part of the team at Loyal Source. Tia has been extremely proactive in terms of contacting me, following up with me, and answering any questions that I have had. It was incredibly kind of her to reach out to me before my interview with the hiring manager and discuss any concerns that I had prior to my interview. She has been extremely flexible and responsive whenever I have needed to speak with her on short notice as well. I really appreciate her reaching out after I completed all of the eDocuments to let me know that I had completed everything correctly. Tia is extremely energetic and has an amazing and bubbly personality - she definitely got me excited about the opportunity to come work for Loyal Source and our conversations have included countless laughs in addition to being productive and making sure that we get things accomplished. Overall, I've loved working with Tia throughout the interviewing and hiring stages; I can't wait for her to continue to help me as I begin the next chapter in my career at Loyal Source.
