I consider my experience with Tia extremely positive. Tia shows high level os professional work in all steps of recruiting process, explaining and guiding me during the interview process, and and cooperative when I request for clarifications. She, also, was punctual with the phone appointments, and flexible to allow me to discuss the best time to be on the meeting, since we were in different Time Zone. Tia shows experience, respect and dedication in what se do, and I recommend her for her exceptional skills.
