Tia and most of Loyal Source staff were amazing to work with. Unfortunately I was not a good fit for the job.

I think that Tia has done an excellent job of demonstrating that she was invested in me and that she really wanted to help me become part of the team at Loyal Source. Tia has been extremely proactive in terms of contacting me, following up with me, and answering any questions that I have had. It was incredibly kind of her to reach out to me before my interview with the hiring manager and discuss any concerns that I had prior to my interview. She has been extremely flexible and responsive whenever I have needed to speak with her on short notice as well. I really appreciate her reaching out after I completed all of the eDocuments to let me know that I had completed everything correctly. Tia is extremely energetic and has an amazing and bubbly personality - she definitely got me excited about the opportunity to come work for Loyal Source and our conversations have included countless laughs in addition to being productive and making sure that we get things accomplished. Overall, I've loved working with Tia throughout the interviewing and hiring stages; I can't wait for her to continue to help me as I begin the next chapter in my career at Loyal Source.

Tia is the recruiter everybody should want. She’s going to return calls, texts and emails in a very timely manner. Tia answers all your questions and explain everything to you, I’m glad she was the recruiter I got…5 stars over and over…I definitely recommend Tia for the recruiter that informs her candidates about everything…

I have been on 13 other contracts and I am so happy to say that Tia is the best recruiter I have ever ever had! I would refer my mother, my sister, my daughter, to her without hesitation because I know for a fact they are getting an attentive, kind, funny, knowledgeable recruiter that is just a phone call away. I consider my experience with Tia extremely positive. Tia shows high level os professional work in all steps of recruiting process, explaining and guiding me during the interview process, and and cooperative when I request for clarifications. She, also, was punctual with the phone appointments, and flexible to allow me to discuss the best time to be on the meeting, since we were in different Time Zone. Tia shows experience, respect and dedication in what se do, and I recommend her for her exceptional skills.

I had my first conversation with Tia a few days ago. She’s pleasant, professional and patient. Tia took over from my last recruiter Devin and has been able to pick up nicely from what Devin left undone. Tia has shown she is responsive and has great follow through. She made it very clear she is available and will try to answer any of my questions or handle my needs in a timely fashion. I look forward to working with her.
