Andy was truly one of the best two recruiters I have dealt with within my consulting and contracting roles over my 25-year career. I never had to be concerned about Andy following up or providing me the answers and / or guidance I needed throughout the process. He initiated me having the opportunity to get my resume over to the Account Manager. Had it not been for Andy, I would have not had my offer from Crown Castle. Andy has been incredible to work with during my interview process and even before hand. He explained the job position perfectly and didn’t sugar coat anything for it. He helped set up the initial interview and gave me great advice on how to prepare for it.
