About Jessica Mema:

Jessica has an outstanding ability to understand both the technology and the market landscape, a rare and incredibly valuable skill in a recruiter. She doesn’t just match roles to resumes—she takes the time to understand the nuances of the technology, the industry's direction, and the strategic goals of both candidates and companies. Her insight has helped me identify opportunities I hadn’t considered and refine my positioning to better align with where the market is headed. Jessica brings a level of thoughtfulness and strategic awareness that goes far beyond the typical recruiting experience.

About Jessica Mema:

Jessica reached out about a position, it was rad to hear from her. She was nice, and clear about the jobs needs, and provided me the info I needed about the job. It'd be great to hear a thumbs up, still waiting, or they didn't go with you like within a week or so.
