Felipe reached out to me on LinkedIn for a position which I believe is a very good fit for me. I did not respond to him immediately for I had been busy, but as soon as I had a chance, I sent him a message telling him I was interested in the position he shared with me. He had been very clear on his initial contact and requested my resume right away, which I thought was very pragmatic and efficient. Not long after I had sent him the resume, he gave me a call to speed up the process and clarify any questions regarding the position and my availability to work. After the call he sent me a request to represent and an overview of the company's benefits for me to review. He was not pushy but I did feel encouraged by him to pursue the application to that position. Soon after I agreed to proceed with him to represent me, he confirmed that he had submitted my resume to the hiring company. I am very pleased about having being contacted by him because it was so easy and convenient for me.
