Kaitlyn reached out to me yesterday about a one year contract dream position with Phillips 66. The hourly rate is more than Phillips 66 would offer for a permanent position so the negotiated rate is favorable and worth pursuing. She found me on LinkedIn. I'm very happy that she contacted me with this opportunity as my background aligns perfectly for this position. Thank you!
