Paul is a closer. Most people understand what that label means. He is open, available, honest with feedback, and proven himself to be persistent and provides results when in hot pursuit for a new contract.
I have yet to experience an unplanned "downtime" between contracts--which I am very grateful for. I believe that this is in large part because Paul and I will begin conversations fairly early about what criteria I have for the next job and what the market will pragmatically provide. This open dialogue-and I do have to admit that my history of following through when he suggest I do something-has benefitted us both.
