Annie is an amazing recruiter. I've met very few recruiters I've trusted and that I feel have my back in this industry, as they are usually a dime a dozen. However, she has advocated for me when I had issues with the hospital, fought for the pay we deserved, been a listening ear, and promptly responded to my many concerns with the hospital I was working for. I was not an easy employee to deal with as the hospital was not transparent regarding the actual job I walked into. But this did not deter her as it would many recruiters. She stood up for me and truly did a phenomenal job. I am very thankful for her. I've had issues with a lot of the larger travel nurse companies and felt taken advantage of but LEAD health has been AWESOME!

I would not go with anyone else but Paul. I was new to traveling, and he literally helped me every step of the way. One thing i love about him was his ability to be honest, upfront, and totally transparent. He checks in on me, asks about my family, and is someone i highly recommend. 100 stars!
