Lindsey made the entire process effortless and a true pleasure. I knew I wanted to work with her and the agency the minute she shared this is an all woman led organization. I think as a woman hearing that immediately set the tone for me to know I was in a safe space, which further ignited my enthusiasm for our interview. Lindsey was engaging and extremely personable. It’s why I felt so comfortable sharing all the work related details beyond my resume and was able to be completely transparent in my search preferences and work history.
