I had two issues with the employer and nothing was resolved or handled with any concern with
either the agency or the employer.
I feel as if Lindsay is very knowledgeable and helpful. She has great customer service skills and was kind. The only issue and biggest issue I had overall, was being told by two different people with your company that I would get to interview with a company and then days later being informed that the client did not want to interview anyone else and wants to offer it to someone else.
I have been in recruiting for over 5 years and never told someone you’ll get to interview and then not. It’s unprofessional and showed their lack of care.
It would have been better to still allow me to interview to show my expertise and get my fair change.
Personally, I thought Lindsey was great but this experience was unpleasant and unfair.
Right now, apart from facilitating the payroll, I'm not really sure what the value is. When it came to system and IT onboarding, there was no understanding of how it needs to be done at Newmont. Lakeshore takes no proactive measures to help me be able to bring the staff online promptly. They are given a sizeable charge out rate and I am really not sure what the inherent value is.
