Lindsey made the entire process effortless and a true pleasure. I knew I wanted to work with her and the agency the minute she shared this is an all woman led organization. I think as a woman hearing that immediately set the tone for me to know I was in a safe space, which further ignited my enthusiasm for our interview. Lindsey was engaging and extremely personable. It’s why I felt so comfortable sharing all the work related details beyond my resume and was able to be completely transparent in my search preferences and work history. Regardless of whether or not I am chosen for the role discussed I’d still recommend this staffing agency, and most assuredly Lindsey!
