Lindsey was the best recruiter I have every worked with. Most recruiters dont make an effort to keep the recruit informed about how the process works and what the client needs. Lindsey told me about the process at Lakeshore Talent and gave me insight as to what the client may need beyond the job description. Then, when the original position was put on hold, she quickly reached out to me, informed me of the hold, and then found another similar position that I would also be a strong fit for with this client. Overall, I feel like I have a strong candidacy for both positions thanks to Lindsey.
