Well versed in the role being recruited for, Rachel was able to thoroughly guide me through the opportunity presented and left me feeling confident, informed and excited to move forward. And trust me, this is usually not the case. Most times it is clearly a redundant routine for the recruiter. But I believe that Rachel cares about what she's representing, finding the right fit for her client, while also being an advocate for the candidate. If the recruiting had been handled in a manner as I have experienced from other opportunities, I would have already withdrawn.
