About Ryan Mankoff:

Ryan was incredible to work with throughout the entire hiring process. He took the time to explain an industry I had no prior experience in, answered every question I had, and made sure I felt confident every step of the way. He was honest, responsive, and always kept me updated, which made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and exciting. What impressed me most was that he advocated for me and was able to negotiate a salary that exceeded what I had originally asked for. That showed me he genuinely cared about finding the right fit and helping me succeed, not just filling a position. Ryan was professional, knowledgeable, and truly invested in my success from beginning to end. I couldn't have asked for a better recruiter, and I would absolutely recommend working with him to anyone looking for a new opportunity.
