Hi! I've been in Austin for over 25 years and if you told me back when I moved here that I'd be a recruiter one day, I would have thought you were crazy. But after a corporate management career, and then becoming a stay-at-home mom, I couldn't see very far into the future other than my day-to-day routine. Then about 14 years ago, I jumped out of my comfort zone to become a remote recruiter with a start-up agency at the time. I experienced a huge learning curve; however was surprised to learn how much I loved the act of full-desk recruiting AND most importantly, I was evolving as a person - both personally and professionally.

Nearly 15 years later, I have now joined an amazing team of office-based recruiters in the staffing and direct hire space, and I could not be happier with my decision. Was it scary to get out of my cushy, remote comfort zone? Was it an adjustment to go to an office 5 days a week? YES!! But I've got a purpose and goals to shoot for every day, with a collaborative and fun team where we balance out each other's strengths and weaknesses. I strive to evolve and learn new things constantly and have fun while doing it!
