Hi! I’m Alejandra, but you can call me Ale or Alex. I’m passionate about providing excellent recruiting services to candidates, associates, and clients. I strive to make a positive impact in the lives of those I work with. My journey began in 2012 as a Human Resources Coordinator for a multi-specialty family practice, where I discovered my love for recruiting. Since then, I’ve dedicated myself to helping others find success in their careers, and I’m excited to continue making a difference in my community!

Why I love to recruit
I love to recruit because it allows me to share my knowledge with applicants and help them secure the positions they’re aiming for. Seeing their success is incredibly rewarding! I also enjoy providing clients with real-time feedback on the local labor market, enabling us to tackle challenges together and fill their openings effectively. Knowledge is power, and I’m passionate about empowering both candidates and clients to achieve their goals.

When I'm not working I like to
When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family exploring the vibrant areas around Austin. With my four kiddos and a bonus daughter, our days are filled with fun activities, whether we’re grilling in the backyard, attending community events, and amusement parks. Whether we’re enjoying a day cuddled up on the couch at home or soaking up local culture, we love making memories together!
