Hi! I'm Alejandra, but you can call me Ale or Alex! I'm focused on providing the absolute best recruiting services to my candidates, associates, and clients. I truly care about the people I put to work. I want to be part of that positive change in their lives. I am here to help guide others into a path to success. I started as a Human Resources Coordinator in 2012 for a multi-specialty family practice. I developed my specialty in recruiting after that and I have loved recruiting ever since.

Why I love to recruit
I love to share my knowledge with my applicants and see how that helps them get the job! Same with my clients, I enjoy giving them real time feedback of the current labor market information for our area so that way we can work together to tackle the barriers we are facing to help get their current openings filled. Knowledge is power and I want my candidates and clients to be successful.

When I'm not working I like to
Spend time with my family exploring the Austin surrounding areas. I have four children and a bonus daughter. We enjoy family fun activities from playing outside to going to amusement parks.
