Ms Melissa has always been amazing towards my needs and goals. She worked with me constantly to make sure our ideas aligned about my placement and even presented opportunities for me where almost all of my wants were met because it was in my field but didn't wholly align because she wanted me to see all options on the table to make the best informed decision. Without her help, knowledge and guidance I don't think I could have found a better opportunity on my own. She was always happy to answer any questions I had pertaining to our goal of my employment. She's a great boss , always helping her employees and clients. She goes above and beyond for people and companies she gets contracts for !!! She is a perfectionist and always is professional. She knows how to communicate, in English and Spanish. She especially makes the woman comfortable in work environments. I highly recommend her as a boss and her management skills are top tier 👌 She is a great person and I've known her and worked with her for years , she knows how to multi task in environments, in English and Spanish. She deserves an award for all she does for any team she has worked with and works with .
