Julie has provided excellent customer service throughout the entire process. Her humanitarian assistance with having me to deliver the necessary updates to my resume proved to be critical to highlight the skills that I neglected to include. She responded to every call and or email which was pivotal to my rankings of her. Too often recruiters typically have a tendency to fall silent which tends to put an unpleasant taste in the mouths of job seekers. During this pandemic it is understandable the workload for agency recruiters have increased; but the common courtesy to respond to all should be at the forefront even if it’s a form letter of acknowledgement. About Julie Westhoff:

Julie contacted me about a job at a major energy company she had in mind for me. We discussed at some length the requirements spelled out by the client company, and the skills I have that would be important to a successful candidate. Julie took time to give me good insight into the client expectations to date, and the nature of the role.
