About Julie Westhoff:

Julie is the epitome of the best of the best of recruiters! She has been great in every aspect of this experience. Professional, relatable, fun and approachable personality, thorough explanations of expectations, fantastic direction / guidance / preparation on the interview process and behaviors!!! Perfect balance of looking out for the new consultant while at the same time ensuring requirements for the client are met. I believe that a big part of my acceptance of the role was in looking forward to working with Julie! Sure looking forward to being a part of the whole iSphere team!

About Julie Westhoff:

Julie truly desires to understand what I'm looking for in an employer. She uses what we discuss to pair me with clients - not just according to keywords on my resume. She's a great listener and her unique approach to recruiting separates her from the rest. I'm glad to have someone like her working on my behalf!
