About Julie Westhoff:

I find Julie's style of recruiting very open and refreshing. It is much like talking with a colleague who knows me (and the industry) well. She knows her client, as well as the role, and is truly trying to facilitate a win/win scenario. We are relatively new in this process, but I expect this is the norm for her.

There are good recruiters, and there are dedicated recruiters. She understood my strengths and weakness, the latter is I talk too fast. She is amazing, forthcoming, and knows how to prepare her candidates for their interview/s quite well, because she does her research ahead of time. Many recruiters call me on a daily basis to tell me 'I have a role that you'd be a great fit for with my client, XX,' when they don't have a clue. Julie understands my experience, and asks questions about things she doesn't know, which makes her a near-unicorn in her profession.
