Prepares and administers (orally, subcutaneously, through an IV) and records prescribed medications. Reports adverse reactions to medications or treatments. Educates patients on surgical procedures. Records patients’ medical information and vital signs. EDUCATION - Grad of an Accredited Program MAJOR - Nursing CERTIFICATION/LICENSE/REGISTRATION - Registered Nurse (RN) Basic Life Support (BLS): BLS or BLS within 30 days of hire or transfer.
