About Sophia Fink:

Working with Sophia was one of the best recruiting experiences I've had. She was incredibly communicative, transparent, and thoughtful throughout the entire interview process, consistently keeping me updated and making sure I knew what to expect. What really stood out was how invested she was in my success, she went above and beyond to share insights about the role and interview process, provide honest feedback, and help me feel prepared every step of the way. Her passion for recruiting and supporting candidates genuinely shines through. She approaches her work with professionalism, integrity, and a level of care that's hard to find. If you're looking for a recruiter who truly advocates for her candidates while building strong partnerships with clients, I can't recommend her enough.

About Mary Paretti:

Mary reached out to me about a role that actually lined up with my background, which honestly doesn't happen that often. She took the time on our call to walk through the details and answer all my questions, and she followed up that same day with everything I needed. No games, no vague answers, just quick and honest communication the whole way through. If you're open to hearing about new opportunities, I'd really recommend talking to her.
