About Donte Jean Pierre:

Donte did a very good job throughout the process. He clearly explained the opportunity, the information available to him, the compensation range, the expected next steps, and what would happen before a formal submittal decision. He was professional, direct, and easy to communicate with. What made the experience positive was that Donte followed through. He provided updates when he said he would, kept the process transparent, and made sure I understood where things stood. That level of communication matters in a recruiting process and reflects well on him and IDR.
