IDR is seeking an Integrated Eligibility (IE) QA Tester to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role involves supporting state government systems, focusing on testing complex enterprise applications to ensure quality and functionality. It offers the chance to work in a vital public sector project, utilizing your QA expertise to enhance system performance and reliability.

Position Overview for the Integrated Eligibility (IE) QA Tester:

  • Perform functional, regression, and end-to-end testing for enhancements and maintenance releases across Maine’s Eligibility and Enrollment systems.
  • Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts based on functional and business requirements.
  • Create and maintain test data needed to validate application functionality.
  • Identify, document, track, and triage defects through resolution.
  • Collaborate with functional and development teams to analyze requirements, troubleshoot issues, and support defect resolution.

Requirements for the Integrated Eligibility (IE) QA Tester:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Integrated Eligibility (IE) systems.
  • Strong experience with functional testing of complex enterprise applications.
  • Experience developing and executing test plans, test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts.
  • Experience creating and managing test data for functional validation.
  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA/testing methodologies.

  • Experience supporting Government or defense contracts and working with contract quality requirements under FAR Part 46; DFARS experience preferred where applicable.
  • Demonstrated ability to qualify, assess, and monitor suppliers based on quality-system capability, technical competence, capacity, delivery performance, and risk.
  • Experience conducting supplier audits, including quality-management-system, process, product, and special-process audits.
