Essential Job Functions Under the direction of the WIC Technology Administration Director, the Lead WIC Business Analyst (BA) provides day-to-day direction to assigned staff and works closely with both technical and non-technical staff to plan, assess and document requirements. The Lead BA is responsible for creating and implementing a project plan that includes business and gap analysis work that supports the WIC MIS system and results in system requirement documentation. Responsibilities include tracking and reporting on project milestones; identifying, managing, and escalating project risks and issues; and leading team members, as well as technical and non-technical subject matter experts to deliver project objectives. The Lead BA guides the team in reviewing the WIC MIS system; analyzing complex technical and business processes, prioritizing needs; and coordinates the gathering, development, and documentation of requirements.
