IDR is seeking a Customer Service Representative II to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role is within a customer-focused industry dedicated to providing exceptional service and support to clients. Position Overview for the Customer Service Representative II:
Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services
Handle and resolve complaints related to service or billing issues
Record details of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken
Refer unresolved grievances to appropriate departments for further investigation
Respond to customer inquiries via inbound, outbound, or a combination of channels
Requirements for the Customer Service Representative II:
High school diploma or GED preferred
2-4 years of customer service related experience required
Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage one’s time
Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information
