IDR is seeking a Business Analyst to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Austin, TX. This role involves working within a government-related project focusing on data management and system enhancements. The company operates in the technology and government services sector, emphasizing structured requirements gathering and process improvement.
Position Overview for the Business Analyst:
- Provide structured requirements gathering, documentation, and validation support for various system projects.
- Lead requirements gathering meetings with key stakeholders and coordinate project activities.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify system and process improvements.
- Support testing phases to ensure business needs are met and implemented correctly.
- Collaborate with system design and development teams to enhance existing workflows.
Requirements for the Business Analyst:
- 7+ years of business analysis experience, including requirements elicitation and documentation.
- 7+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel.
- 5+ years of experience with PowerBI.
- 5+ years of experience with PowerAutomate.
- 1+ year of experience with Jotform.
