IDR is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in New York, NY. This role supports a dynamic team responsible for managing logistics related to merchandise and entertainment products across eCommerce and retail channels. The position involves coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, managing international and domestic logistics, and ensuring timely delivery for high-demand product drops.

Position Overview for the Logistics Coordinator:

• Manage logistics for merchandise and entertainment products, supporting inbound and outbound shipments to eCommerce warehouses, retail centers, and tour locations.
• Handle high-volume inbound emails and logistical requests efficiently while maintaining accuracy and organization.
• Coordinate with carriers such as FedEx and UPS for advance shipment tracking and updates.
• Utilize tools like Monday.com, SharePoint, and logistics tracking systems to monitor shipments and provide real-time updates.
• Collaborate closely with the team to meet strict deadlines for fast-paced product drops and special projects.

Requirements for the Logistics Coordinator:

• 2-4 years of experience in logistics, ideally within eCommerce or entertainment industries.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience using Monday.com, SharePoint, FedEx Advance Shipment Tracking, and UPS Quantum View.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment handling a high volume of emails.
• Domestic and international logistics experience is a big plus.
