IDR is seeking a Epic Web Service Server Engineer to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Fort Worth, TX. This role involves supporting healthcare IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration and operation of Epic Web Service servers within a healthcare environment. The organization is committed to advancing healthcare technology solutions and improving patient care through innovative systems.
Position Overview for the Epic Web Service Server Engineer:
Provide expertise in configuring, maintaining, and supporting Epic Web Service Server environments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system stability and compliance with healthcare standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to web services and server performance.
Support certification and compliance requirements, including Epic ECSA certification.
Ensure optimal system performance and security in a healthcare IT setting.
Requirements for the Epic Web Service Server Engineer:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare environment.
Current Epic ECSA certification is a hard requirement and must be held at the time of submission.
Additional Microsoft, Citrix, VMware, or CompTIA Server+ certifications are a plus.
Strong understanding of healthcare IT systems and healthcare data standards.
Excellent troubleshooting and system maintenance skills.
