IDR is seeking a Talent Acquisition Systems Project Manager to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role involves leading the deployment of a Talent Acquisition Tech stack to streamline systems and improve recruiter workflows within the HR and recruiting industry. The position offers the chance to work on impactful projects in a dynamic environment.
Position Overview for the Talent Acquisition Systems Project Manager:
Lead the end-to-end deployment of Talent Acquisition systems, including Workday and related platforms.
Drive the design and delivery of a streamlined HR and recruiting technology landscape.
Manage project timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations effectively.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate enterprise platforms.
Support smaller Workday-related initiatives as needed.
Requirements for the Talent Acquisition Systems Project Manager:
8+ years of project management experience in IT, preferably within HCM systems or ERP implementations.
Solid understanding of HR and recruiting principles, as well as enterprise integration platforms.
Experience with tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA/Confluence, Apptio/TargetProcess, Workday.
Experience with AI, Phenom or Paradox preferred.
PMP, Agile, or similar project management certification.
