Ashlynne and I spoke on the phone literally 15 minutes after our initial introduction on LinkedIn. By midday she had sent me the job description and followed up again to see if I had any questions. By the end of the day my resume had been sent to the client and we spoke again to discuss next steps. Very thorough and answered all my questions on the spot.

About Ashlynne Suder:

Ashlynne was great. She was respectful, professional, and courteous. The one negative part of the experience had nothing to do with Ashlynne - it was speaking with the "AI recruiter Jamie" prior to speaking with her. I told the AI I needed more time and it said "got it, we'll reach out to you later, goodbye" and hung up. I almost didn't take the AI's call because it was an unfamiliar number and was flagged as potential spam.
