Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Physical Commerce Coordinator: • Collaborate with team members, labels, and distribution partners to manage sales and commercial marketing set-up for music releases. • Oversee the flow of information and details, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all communications. • Coordinate the creation and distribution of weekly delivery commercial one-sheets and pre-order tracking. • Gather and submit social media assets for retail distribution, ensuring all retail pre-order links are accurate and live. • Engage with global team coordinators to support international project priorities.

Required Skills for Physical Commerce Coordinator: • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on efficiency and precision. • Experience in the music industry, particularly with physical music products, is highly beneficial. • Proficiency with tools like Airtable and Slack is advantageous. • A proactive, resourceful, and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
