If you are looking for an opportunity to join a large organization and work within a team-oriented culture, please apply today!   Position Overview/Responsibilities for the UX Researcher: Research (60%)

• Own end-to-end research function for the pod: Plan, design and conduct qualitative and quantitative research (discovery, usability testing, customer interviews, survey design, and synthesis.)
• Collaborate closely with our Lead Designer and Client Design Director to inform, shape, and validate design decisions.
• Plan and conduct concept and prototype testing using leading platforms (e.g., UserTesting.com, Maze, Dscout, Hotjar, Optimal Workshop).
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment and can lead research independently in a small team setup.
• Apply appropriate research frameworks based on business needs.

Design (40%)

• Strong command of Figma - you can collaborate within design systems, edit components, and contribute to production-ready designs.
• Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of Design System.
• Facilitate collaborative sessions to deliver user journey mapping, persona development, or experience workshops.  

Required Skills for the UX Researcher:

• 8+ years’ experience in UX owning the end-to-end research function for a program
• Strong experience utilizing Figma as a UX design tool
• Experience in Fintech or Mortgage industry is highly preferred
