IDR is seeking a dedicated and tech-savvy System Administrator to join one of our esteemed clients in Nashville. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide primary application functional/technical support for Salesforce applications within the Service Applications division.
Position Overview/Responsibilities for the System Administrator:
Provide application support for assigned systems, managing day-to-day enterprise application functionality, including system administration and system configuration.
Respond to customer requests for configuration, implementation, and enhancement, and troubleshoot and resolve enterprise application issues.
Conduct application testing, including the development of test plans and test cases.
Coordinate and deliver application training for supported applications.
Manage data, including archiving and purging processes, monitoring/reviews of data or job queues, and preparation and request of data updates.
Support and maintain application interfaces/integrations as needed, and conduct user profile and license audits for assigned systems.
Review current business processes and make recommendations for process improvement.
Assist in researching selected enterprise applications functionality and apply identified information where appropriate.
Required Skills for System Administrator:
1-2 years of business analyst or system administration experience in a software application or system.
Experience with Salesforce application.
Business Analysis experience.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot application issues.
Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate and deliver training.
