• Build, manage, and update recipes in SynergySuite with accurate cost and quantity inputs

• Standardize recipe data and ensure compliance with nutritional and brand standards

• Partner with culinary and ops teams to launch and manage new menu items

• Generate reports on inventory, sales, and food costs to guide operational decisions

• Customize dashboards and reporting tools to support cross-functional team needs

• Ensure data integrity across the system and assist in maintaining database accuracy

• Provide training and support to internal staff on SynergySuite functionality

• Collaborate with external vendors and internal IT for troubleshooting and software updates

• Direct experience with SynergySuite or similar food service management software

• Strong understanding of inventory control, recipe costing, and performance analytics

• Proficient in Excel and data reporting tools

• Excellent organizational, troubleshooting, and communication skills

• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a high-energy environment
