Description:
They need a detail-oriented and technically skilled individual to support email marketing efforts using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and/or Market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coding, testing, scheduling, and reporting on email campaigns that align with the clients marketing strategy.
Responsibilities:

Email Development:
Code responsive HTML/CSS emails from Figma, Adobe XD, or PSD designs.
Ensure cross-client and cross-device compatibility (e.g., Outlook, Gmail, iOS).
Use AMPscript (SFMC) or tokens/velocity scripting (Marketo) for personalization and dynamic content.

Campaign Execution:
Build and test email campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Marketo.
Set up segmentation, automation workflows, and triggers.
Manage email QA and approvals before scheduling and deployment.

Data & Personalization:
Work with marketing teams to use audience data for dynamic content and personalization.
Sync and manage lead/contact data across CRM and marketing platforms.

Performance Tracking:
Monitor deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and other KPIs.
Analyze results and optimize based on performance metrics.

Compliance & Best Practices:
Ensure all emails comply with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other privacy regulations.
Stay current with email marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
Top Skills:

Proficient in HTML/CSS for email development

Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (AMPscript, Journey Builder, Email Studio) and Marketo (Smart Campaigns, Lead Scoring, Tokens)

Familiarity with email testing tools (e.g., Litmus, Email on Acid)

Solid understanding of segmentation, lead nurturing, and lifecycle marketing

Knowledge of CRM integrations (e.g., Salesforce CRM & Marketo CRM)
Nice to Have:

Certifications in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist or Marketo Certified Expert

Basic understanding of JavaScript or SQL is a plus

Experience with A/B testing and email optimization strategies
