Gen AI Product Analyst

Ongoing contract (Client maintains right to hire after 3 months though rarely exercises this right)
Location: Atlanta, GA
C2C Pay Rate: $72.00

Responsibilities:

Analyze customer data to identify behavioral trends, financial needs, and pain points across various life stages
Develop and maintain a comprehensive financial life cycle framework to inform personalization and product strategies
Create and iterate customer journey maps to identify and address user experience gaps
Collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, data analysts, and marketing stakeholders to ensure product alignment with user goals
Monitor and report on KPIs tied to customer engagement, retention, and financial outcomes
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to benchmark digital financial tools and services
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders through compelling storytelling and data visualizations

Requirements:

5+ years experience in Commercial Insurance, particularly within the PNC (Property & Casualty) sector
Experience working with data-driven product analysis and AI-powered product development
Proven ability to collaborate across product, UX, marketing, and data teams
