This role will lead the configuration management process within the ITSM team, ensuring all configuration items (CIs) are accurately tracked, maintained, and aligned with agency standards.

Top Required Skills for the Configuration Manager:

• Advanced knowledge of ITIL configuration management principles and best practices

• Experience supporting and maintaining CMDB platforms (e.g., BMC Helix, ServiceNow, Atlassian)

• ITIL 4 Foundation Certification
