Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Service Delivery Manager - Oracle ERP:- Ensure stability and performance of Oracle Fusion and other applications, delivering seamless business user experiences.- Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders; gather feedback and implement service improvements accordingly.- Identify opportunities for automation, innovation, and continuous service improvements and lead implementation.- Define and manage support processes for efficient, SLA-compliant delivery.- Meet or exceed committed contribution margins and delivery KPIs.- Represent delivery team in stakeholder discussions and ensure alignment with business expectations.Required Skills for Service Delivery Manager - Oracle ERP:- 15+ years of total IT experience, with at least 7 years in a Project Manager or Service Delivery Manager role.- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale Oracle ERP (On-Prem & Cloud) AMS projects.- Proven ability to manage and motivate large, geographically dispersed teams.- Strong leadership and organizational capabilities.- Expertise in change management and stakeholder engagement at all organizational levels, including C-suite.- Excellent communication and presentation skills.- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and deliver high-quality results.- Experience managing KPIs and SLAs in an ADM environment.What’s in it for you?- Competitive compensation package- Full Benefits; Medical, Vision, Dental, and more!- Opportunity to get in with an industry leading organization- Close-knit and team-oriented cultureWhy IDR?- 25+ Years of Proven Industry Experience in 4 major markets- Employee Stock Ownership Program- Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance- ClearlyRated's Best of Staffing® Client and Talent Award winner 11 years in a row;
