• 5+ years’ experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including AMPscript, Server-Side JavaScript, and SQL
• Strong understanding of SFMC data models, data extensions, and integration tools/APIs
• Solid grasp of email marketing strategy, digital marketing best practices, and compliance
• Proven leadership and team management experience
