Position Overview/Responsibilities for the PS Producer II - Trust & Safety:

• Represent Trust & Safety within the organization, managing relationships with internal teams and partners

• Participate in early product design decisions to ensure effective mitigation of player pain

• Utilize Trust & Safety/content moderation experience to consult with product teams and external stakeholders

• Improve player experiences with Trust & Safety services across games and globally

• Coordinate resources and schedules to ensure timely delivery of support components

• Escalate service degradation issues to appropriate teams and coordinate solutions

Required Skills for PS Producer II - Trust & Safety:

• Bachelor's Degree

• 3+ years of professional experience

• 1+ years in Trust & Safety, additional experience a plus

• 1+ years in a Project Management, Product or Technical Product Role

• Demonstrated record of critical thinking and creative problem solving

• Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.)

• Experience guiding the full product development process: creation, design, execution, quality testing, etc.
