IDR is seeking a Director - Treasury to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Memphis, TN. This role offers the chance to lead the treasury operations of a prominent organization dedicated to impactful work within the non-profit sector. The position involves overseeing cash management, banking relationships, and strategic initiatives to support the organization's financial health.
Position Overview for the Director - Treasury:
- Lead all core treasury functions including banking management, cash forecasting, and liquidity management.
- Oversee credit card operations, process improvements, reconciliation, and operational excellence.
- Act as a strategic business partner and financial steward of donor contributions.
- Develop and recommend KPIs for donation channels and settlement methods.
- Manage relationships with external banking partners, overseeing a network of banks and accounts, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
Requirements for the Director - Treasury:
- Proven experience in cash forecasting and treasury management principles.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
- Hands-on experience with SQL coding for data querying and analysis.
- Skilled in creating dashboard visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field, with a minimum of 6 years of relevant professional experience.
