Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Manager of Infrastructure Services: • Lead and manage a team of 14, including 6 direct reports, to oversee physical and virtual servers, virtualization platforms, and SAN systems. • Ensure 24x7 availability and security of enterprise systems, reporting directly to an Executive Leadership Team member. • Develop and execute strategic plans for infrastructure, focusing on performance optimization and risk reduction. • Coordinate with cross-functional leaders to drive infrastructure projects and enterprise-wide initiatives. • Oversee lifecycle planning, infrastructure security, and compliance with service level objectives.

Required Skills for Manager of Infrastructure Services: • 5 to 10 years of experience managing enterprise server infrastructure. • Proven expertise in ITIL-style service operations, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management. • Experience with high-availability data center management and technologies like Pure Storage, Dell PowerStore, Commvault, and Azure Cloud. • Strong communication, team development, and strategic execution skills. • Ability to lead complex enterprise initiatives through collaboration and clear accountability structures.
