IDR is seeking an IT Manager to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Saint Paul, MN. This organization operates within the architecture, engineering, and construction industry, focusing on delivering innovative and reliable technological solutions. The role involves overseeing IT operations, managing infrastructure, and leading a technical team to support multiple sites.
Position Overview for the IT Manager:
- Manage and oversee the organization’s IT infrastructure and operations.
- Lead the IT team, ensuring effective support and system reliability.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to implement technology solutions.
- Support cloud and on-premise systems including network architecture and cybersecurity.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and support multi-site environments.
Requirements for the IT Manager:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive IT experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (A/E/C) industry strongly preferred.
- Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, network architecture, VPNs, firewalls, and cybersecurity best practices, cloud and on-premise infrastructure.
- Demonstrated success in leading IT teams and managing vendor relationships.

Compensation Details: $100,000- $155,000
