• Perform accurate and timely data entry across various tracking systems and spreadsheets
• Conduct research on partners or companies to determine if a current agreement exists and classify the agreement type
• Compile supporting details such as agreement dates, length of terms, and active customer utilization
• Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to obtain missing information or clarify data points
• Prepare and format compiled data into clear, concise summaries or dashboards for leadership review

• 3+ years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or project coordination
• Experience in a corporate or professional services environment
• High attention to detail with strong data entry and documentation skills
• Comfort working with spreadsheets (Excel) and online research tools
• Familiarity with business agreements or partnerships is a plus, but not required
