IDR is seeking a Change Management Partner III to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. In this role, you’ll partner with cross-functional teams to drive successful change initiatives, aligning communication, adoption, and stakeholder engagement strategies to business needs. This opportunity is with an industry-leading organization where your change leadership will help support impactful enterprise initiatives.

Position Overview for the Change Management Partner III:

• Support change management initiatives within assigned business areas.
• Develop change management plans and communication strategies in partnership with cross-functional teams.
• Identify risks and create contingency plans to mitigate change impacts.
• Monitor and track progress of change initiatives to ensure successful adoption.
• Provide regular updates and communications to stakeholders throughout the change lifecycle.

Requirements for the Change Management Partner III:

• 7–10+ years of experience in change management
• Strong knowledge of change management principles and methodologies
• Experience developing change management plans and communication strategies with cross-functional teams
• Ability to identify risks, build mitigation/contingency plans, and track change initiative progress
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred); Prosci Change Management certification and Aerospace/DoD background are a plus
